Title Reestablishment

If proposing construction or development works on or near your title boundary we recommend you have it checked. A title reestablishment is the act of reinstating a previously surveyed boundary in the same position as when it was created. Physical marks are placed on site and a written report is provided. As stated by the Surveyors Registration Board of Victoria, only Licensed Land Surveyors can complete these works.
